Alienware Movie Contest - Rise to Power

PLEASE READ BEFORE WATCHING!! :)

This is a story of Kil'Jaeden, an eredar Demon who plays a huge role in the WoW history (corrupting the orcs, creating the Lich King). In this short clip I'm presenting a flicker from his childhood, when his girlfriend rejects him and when his uncle teaches him that to get what he wants he needs to obtain great power. What happens next is the arrival of Sargeras the Destroyer in the form of Medivh. I'm fixing a funny lore glitch here, as due to lore Sargeras was the one who corrupted the Eredar and the Eredar were the ones to corrupt Sargeras. Sargeras travelling through time in Medivh's form corrupts the Eredar leaders, so that they in turn can corrupt him in the future, which makes the time continuum stable. The rest of the scenes are: the chase through the galaxy after Velen, his best friend who rejected Sargeras's might. A deception of shaman Ner'zul in a form of his beloved wife and Slaughter of the Draenai people, which was a final win against Velen. The chase and the deception part shown in a comedy-like way. The ending shows what Kil'Jaeden was doing before the players could summon him in Sunwell Plateu. Apparently he was enjoying himself, when Kael'thas calls to Kil'Jaeden's surprise. Not needed to mention that Kil'Jaeden gets a heavy beating after that.

This is my first real machinima and it was great to work on it. All the models, music and materials used in the movie are owned and created by Blizzard Entertainment. Thank you for watching!

thats not true, that BOOM DE ATA video was entered, and it used wo model viewer :P

NIce video, especially for your first attempt at modelviewer machinima!

I would suggest you practice on blending the modelviewer characters in a bit better. Also, try to keep the speed of the characters in-line with their walkingspeed. Otherwise you get Medivh skating over a patch of felfire :P
