  • I'm so glad you are back.

  • @lillybart123 it's hard to get motivated to make videos , but after i read about a poor american in debt , who couldn't afford BK it REALLY made me angry .. they got what's known as a write of excution against them , which means a sheriff comes to their house , takes what little they may have and auctions it off to pay their creditor ( in this case credit card companies )

  • @He101A Where they single?? the 75k is for married people with dependants. Did they have lot of assets or a decent amount of money in the bank??

  • @He101A No this is not true either. You dont go in front of a judge you go to a trustee and all they do is go over your paper work so they can confirm you dont have a ton of money or valuable assets and then they discharge you. Thats it. As long as you meet the criteria they have no choice but to discharge you it doesnt matter what the trustee thinks of you

  • @He101A Sorry your wrong. I did it and I know. As long as you make less then 75k a year and have less then 15k equity in your home you can easily have all debt wipped out by chapter 7. Again I did it so I know. This was in 2011

  • @He101A that information is accurate , its just crazy!

  • you can always let the bank declare your bankruptcy for you, then it will cost them money.

  • My man!

  • Your right as usual we let private banks dictate public policy. I declared bk and honestly the new laws didnt effect me. If you make less then 75k a year and have no real assets then the new law doesnt apply. And the class you do is a joke. You just go online and answer multiple choice questions and read bullshit about how to handle money. It takes like an hour and your done. filing bk was a great experinece and I recommend it to everyone (:
