Game from the Shin Megami series. The music for this opening is pretty damn good. It's a shame it was only released in Japan.

@DGneoseeker1 At this point, you can see the turn order to the right of the screen and, if you stop the sequence by the turn of a specific character, you can change his particular action there and then continue the sequence again. You can also set an Auto-Attack.

You can change the order yourself, but I find that after a specific point in the game, it doesn't matter much. You can also pick and choose your Fusion Spells directly without having to match Persona spells.
