my parents made there degree as stomatologists back in 1982, they told me many tales how great it was (is) in cluj. Im born in cluj. I was there in June 2007 the first time in my life. I had very mixed impressions. The institutul de stomatologie is very very -very- run down and the city is full of gipsies. If you have money you probably will like this town. .. like i said. very mixed impressions. The disel club (and its funky toiletts) was really impressive.
