On railpicturearchives I'v seen a train like this but it had a MNRR GP40FH-2 but it was at Secaucus Junction.

The Phoebe Snow cars kinda return home. They're on ex-EL rails. If they went up NJT's Main Line then they were on home rails as that was Lackawanna trackage south of Paterson.
