If this offered a multi-platform final product, it would be awesome and could make so much more money. When downloading these books to PC, you are left with only a regular pdf file minus all the wonderful interactive elements. Don't understand why the end product i.e. ebook is exclusive to apple.

Hi Gearlife,

I would like to know if you could tell us how to create the image which links to a video upon a single click on the still image. I am referring to the feature on page 8 in the free Biology ibook "Life On Earth" where the gentleman appears as a cropped image, but upon a single tap, the image turns into a video. So cool. Can you teach please?

2. There are plenty of alternatives you can get besides microsoft software

3. A PC is not a seat only if you go and buy crappy old PC's go to dells website and look at the new PC's that are in the price range apple is in.

4. Apples arent that amazing I own one and they are nice but $200 overpriced.

Anyways you cant really compare the two because microsoft dosent make computers :P

It is just how you look at things: with an Apple, you have a really enjoyable piece of gear, no virusses and no over-priced software that does not work at all or does not do what it promises you, or leave you paying for updates.......and an apple is in two years just as fast as when you bought it new.....in two years you still enjoy your Apple when another throws away a slow, virussed laptop...you can not compare a Seat with a Porsche....with all due respect....
