Imam Ali named his son Abu Bakr.He didn't name him 'after' Abu Bakr.There were loads of Abu Bakrs.They didn't get named after him either.

Abu Bakr - mean father of young camels. Its jkinda a nickname or title given to him . Why would Ali ra name his son 'Father of young camels' !

Also Abu Bakr was never a common name, never like tom dick or harry. Shias believe Umar and Abu Bakr killed Fatima ra, would you nam,e your son the name of your wifes murderer ?
