  • thanks for the video. A former pro boxer said me that if you throw the jab in the wrong way, you have the risk to dislocate your shoulder. Someone have some link where i can find a video with an accurate explanation of the right way to throw a jab? thank you guys and thank you @expertvillage

  • @bobbyfrancisco no just a small man

  • its not the wrong stance..

  • @Bluerocka145 warm up before you throw punches...make sure you do lots of calisetics with good form...because it helps build durability

  • @perpbanrequests resistance bands are better than weights

  • Seeming as this guy doesnt have much on this can anyone tell me how to throw a harder jab? im orthodox if it helps, anyone got some training tips to help improve power in my jab

  • @Bluerocka145 im fairly new at boxing but id say its an endurance issue and to improve it id think that say punching with like 2-5 lb wrist weights or dumbells in your hands will make huge difference apparently shadow boxing with dumbbells increase power and speed but id also say it helps endurance considering you are making it harder on yourself and you have to keep your hands up if im wrong some one correct me

  • @titlemaker U reali a fighter? firstly he aint gonna stand here like that if he's fighting or sparring is he dumbass, and u sound to me like you fight a bag and think thats what a fights like, he is teaching the absolute basics to begginners, and u dont seem to understand that, u dont sound like a fighter just from those stupid comments, when u teach a jab at the basic level u dont include, guard, foot movement after throwing, doubling the jab, pivot or stepping in after throwing the jab

  • HUGE gloves! haha

  • after a few jabs my shoulder starts to ache. any tips on what i can do to improve?
