What a great film! Not many people outside of Nevada realize that Reno was a much bigger magnet for gamblers than Las Vegas until the 1950s. I think the narrator said near the start of this clip that most of Nevada's residents lived within thirty miles of Reno when this film was made.

@1m0rticia: The first part of the video was posted the same day under the title "Virginia City, Lake Tahoe & Pyramid Lake in 1943". It is at the top right now of the "suggested videos" list on the right. If you want to see it uninterrupted, look for it on TCM...they show it often, usually when they run a movie about Reno or Nevada. Hope this will suffice! Glad you enjoy this video...
