@ignit Don't buy the HKS super sequencial one with the insert. The one without the insert sounds a lot better kinda like a bald eagle chirping.

Personally I don't think it's any better. When it's under load it sounds like a higher pitched mechanical release of air, but it still has that hint of broken plastic whistle sound to it.
It's not an awful sound, and I think it's great if you don't want a loud sound like the regular insert.
As far as it being worth the money, I myself don't think it is, but that's only because the sound it produced was completely opposite to what I was expecting it to sound like.
