@crash2cute Not sure you'd give it a genre. If you are looking for similar tunes try - Any Trouble. Good band from late 70's early 80's. Saw them live in July '80. Worth a listen. Make your own mind up.

I saw this film two days ago. I couldn't get "All over the world tonight" out of my head so I looked it up and discovered that it's not even a real song and that it came from Still crazy.
What a great tune!
