Hand feeding video of Black Headed Caique Babies. Food Time

This is a fun video of the growing baby Black Headed Caiques at hand feeding time. They are so funny when eating. They show so much of their personalities when they eat. Sprouty is the head bobbing, wing flapping wild one. Cricket (we picked a new name, it was something else but Cricket fits her better)

So, you will see how dainty of an eater Cricket is, but if Sprouty is eating also, then little Cricket will push her out of the way to get to it. Having 2 of them is so fun. My only other "pair" is our Parrotlets, and they were raised and hand fed together. But these 2 little Caiques are adorable. They snuggle and play and the only time they quibble is over the food. My son was the video person, so here are the little Caiques feeding.
