this song was song by laurie sargent in the movie but they put a different version on the soundtrack....the same with the song i can dream about u...in the movie it was sung by winston ford but a different version was on the album.....they never released the movie versions of either song which were the better versions .

I believe this is Laurie Sargent singing this version (she's credited in the closing credits). Marilyn Martin sings it on the soundtrack album for whatever reason.
