This is called "culling the herd." These riders will eventually kill themselves through a serious deficiency of judgement. God willing, they will not take any innocent motorists or pedestrians with them when they go.

i dont think its about ethnicity y friend, here in mex we got a new wave called "reggaeton" wich makes our youngest ones to ride like crazy also, My thought is that motorcycles are specially dangerous at high speed. I think we should use them at medium speed. Regards
