Any group can raise a law suit. This would be far more convincing as an issue if there was already some sort of judicial decision to indicate that the charges were true and valid. The key word here is alleged.
It would also be more convincing if Joe Munem, who posted this video, was not a paid political hack who has already admited to robo-calls and attacks on Snyder.
