u should have taken the trail to the fare right it is longer but way more pritty i think. theres also an awesome little creek head you come upon way up in the mountains that I always fill up my water at it is the freshest water you can find up at 10000ft just an amazing hike.

Was it hard climbing down to pick up the frisbee you threw off the top??? Please don't do that again, that is one of the reasons the Mescalero Tribe is considering closing the mountain to the public. It is a sacred place to thier people. Glad you had fun, but please remember leave no trace.
