I really think that Jenny killed herself. I mean, she had the tendency of commit suicide. For me, she had some kind of emotional problem, a bit of self-destruction. The way she say goodbye to Bette and Tina in the video she made, somehow it seems like behest or "suicide note". Well..just my opinion, love Mia though.

They kept repeating throughout the episode that they needed to work on the railing and not letting anyone go out of there. Foreshadowing. Suicide or pure accident.

I'm not even the slightest bit upset that Ilene killed Jenny. She was deceitful, vindictive and just an all around a shitty person. I'm glad she died.

I feel like if they were to continue with this series, they would definitely have to explain why nikki was in the bushes, she had to have seen something, and the fact that nikki asked for a lawyer, instead of just saying she killed herself, or looking so scared about being charged with murder, it couldn't have been suicide. just my opinion. :)

I think that if you really pay extra attention to Jenny from season 1-5 you can tell how she will die...after she came to L.A we saw how she had a lot of repressed memories and hidden demons so I think there are hints throughout the series

i love how they especifically planned out to have jenny anger every one of he characters and they all said something like im gonna killed jenny, jenny im gonna fucking kill you,etc. begining with nikki, i think nikki's statement is the major foreshadow of the whole season

My theory is that Jenny killed herself, though it may or may not have been deliberate. What confuses me is why Niki was hiding in the bushes. Why did she stay hidden whilst Jenny was dead in the pool, and whilst Alice and the rest of the found her? Hmmm. Although I must admit, I wouldn't blame any of the main characters if the did push Jenny from the balcony. Christ, with all of the pain and drama she caused, I would've considered killing that bitch myself!

I have this STRONG feeling that Bette might ACCIDENTALLY push her on the balcony...if that so I don't want any other episodes/season to discuss it..they might dig the story behind Bette's anger towards Jenny and THEY [including Tina] will know about the Bette-Kelly thing...so scary! I don't want Tina to know about that...for God's sake they will go to New York and get married...geeeeeeeeeeeeez! I want a happy ending for the whole cast.,not this one... [so stressful]

@bernhardtsen74 they never actually made the show. Ilene said that Alice went to jail for it, but it wasn't necessarily her who did it. but the show never got aired.
