It is one of the most honorific moments in my life to be able to attach my song, "We Are All Woody's Children" to this video of Arlo Guthrie singing "This Land is your Land." As a kid in the late 60's & early 70's, I can still remember listening to Arlo singing Alice's Restaurant on the HiFi and Johnny Cash singing about a "Boy Named Sue". Except for my wife and my children, nothing gives me more happiness than music and for me - this is as good as it gets.

Voting for either party is paradoxical if you're a progressive. Republicans are proudly in your face, mockingly anti-progressive and anti-liberty cronies of capitalism while much of the Dems point out how nasty the Republicans are to get votes while at the same time not supporting the views of many of their supporters. Obama is in policy pretty much what used to be called a "moderate Republican" or a "centrist".

I`m not American, but it seems quite paradox to me to sing "This land is Your Land" and to vote for a guy such as Rommney at the same time.
