Welcome to the newest clipshow!!!
Due to a long and stupid wrist injury i wasn't able to train a lot of rings or highbar. Luckily I found solace in learning a little bit of acro and Aerial Tissu, both of which I have Deborah to thank for. Speaking of which, A solo demo of her is already in the making, so be sure to check that out as soon as it hits the web. Also forgive me if my inline skating seems a little bit out of touch, it was 4 years ago since i was on skates the last time.
FAQ:
Over the past years i've gotten a couple of emails and messages concerning the gymnastics videos on my channel and here are a couple of them, subsequently including the answers
Q:"Is that a glassfibre tumbling you do everyting on?"
A:"No it isn't, it's basically a regular piece of competition floor."
Q:"Doesn't your hair bother you when you train, is it even allowed"
A:"I'm used to my hair flying everywhere and to the best of my knowledge, I've never had problems with any judge concerning my hairstyle."
Q:"Have you ever done your own release move in copetition and do you plan on competing it ever?" (referring to my previous video)
A:"I have not because the first competition last year caused my wrist injury, I certainly plan on competing it as soon as my wrist heals up enough to start training Yamawaki's (and Valkenborgh's) again."
Q:"Why don't you catch any of your Tkachev's"
A:"I have caught it a couple of times in the past, annoyingly never on camera, but since i had to learn the Tkachev myself (as well as pretty much every other element I can do) I thaught myself a wrong technique, suffice to say, i release to late."
There I hope some of your questions have been answered now but don't hesitate to leave a comment or send a message.
*Update: The very weird piked backflip at 3:36 looks weird because my legs don't bend when making the flip, thus doing everything with my arms. This was something to be believed physically impossible until a certain gymnast tried it in the 80's and proved it.
WARNING: I disclaim all the rights to the music, the song i used was "Bolero (Closing Credits)" by Baz Luhrmann from the album "Moulin Rouge! Music from Baz Luhrmann's Film, Vol. 2"
You've improved, nevertheless. How many hours do you train now ? And how much have you done before?

@Fizniperal: Now I train 15 hours a week max (usually 10-12), Maximum used to be 21-22 hours a week, or 36 hours when on training-camp.
