This is a good, basic overview of current guidelines for food storage as advocated by the LDS church. I know that food storage can be a difficult thing to sell to those who have never had the blessing of empty cupboards. Yes, blessing, because now I know all too well the necessity of emergency preparation.
This isn't your grandmother's food storage. Canned goods and online bulk sellers make it easy and far tastier to store food than ever in our history. One can at a time, if you need to.

Timely and welcome guidance for everyone, especially we urban dwellers who are so dependent on a fragile infrastructure. Thank you for this. Lovely inspiring gentle music.
