I really hope artists from northern Europe will start to sing in their native tongue. It's so beautiful yet rarely done.

Swedish, Danish and Norwegian are great languages. I really like Anna Nordell. Her voice is amazing.

It's hard to find any translations which is correct, as almost nobody knows danish, swedish and english. The only translations I found has been wrong. ( I'm from Denmark ).

BTW as much as I love this song, it's so obviously they are lip-syncing. If you play the CD version to this, it will match up exactly. What a disappointment.

Loads of them? I disagree. Denmark is the only Scandinavian country to consistently have Danish language tracks in their top 20. I find that Norwegian and Swedish singers/bands are too concerned about financial gain so they choose to sing only in English for mass appeal.

There are loads of scandinavian artists that produce music in their native tongue. It just rarely makes it outside of the borders of Scandinavia. You can find a lot of the music video's here on YouTube though.
