Projected styrofoam head test (Haunted Mansion)

This is my first attempt at projecting video on a styrofoam head. Since this test went well I'm going to order another 3 heads and get the whole group singing together!

Interestingly... when I used actual film, if something was out of focus, I found I could deform the film in the plane and it would all come to the same focus... can't do that with video though, not without software.

how close do you have the projector? Or do you have one that can widen or close in the picture without messing with distance?

To do something like this do I use 1 projector or more. Also placement outside. Thanks

cool. I am headed down this path in the next couple of weeks with my first test. Did you try extending the jaw on the head to help with the open mouth shapes?
