  • Is this london? I can't believe how many people cycle there. But I have a very low general opinion of most of them now. There are so many idiots.

  • @skidcheekvideos This is in London, around 500,000 journeys are made a day by bicycle in london

  • It's BJUK from BR btw, for some reason I didn't use my regular username when I setup my account on here!

  • @SkrzypczykBass I worked it out, i subbed to you so i should see your videos when you start upload :)

  • I had a nice little "chat" with another rider by the Waitrose where the first guy RLJ'd once :-) I may have called him a rude name and he came back to have a word about it. Funny bit was he then did have to wait :-D I was also cringing at some of that filtering and the guy who cut in far to early is just plain rude. I always allow a good 2-3 bike lengths and shoulder check before swinging back in.

  • @SkrzypczykBass There is a lot of RLJing in that area. I've given up trying to talk to people about it as i just get sworn at.

  • I just don't get this bus stuff at all. Me, I try to give large vehicles as much leeway as possible, crawling up the inside of a bus with like half a meter of clearance is insane to me, can't understand these people.

  • Excellent series, Gaz; love it. Might start doing my own. Cambridge is full of morons, both cycling and motorist-ing.

  • In relation to number 4 - looking ahead, when i trained to be a bus driver, i got 'forward planning' drilled into me, partly for eco-driving (less brake use, wasteful acceleration/braking). It definetly helps, however i've seen a few car drivers do it, i.e approaching lights at slow speed on red and drivers behind becoming annoyed, i think more people should do it, i've been shown a BIG difference between car and bus driving in that respect.

  • @gaz545 Cheers for that, did see the e-mail about that :-) May be a week or so until I get anything up what with xmas and all!
