Tennessee had an earthquake just days after this anomaly appeared on the radar. Similar anomaly was seen on the pacific NW coast, they had flooding afterward.

A big circle appears, simular to the half circle on this vid.

Try swapping settings when you spot these strange No Archived events--plain radar here at how many min between frames ?? Then if settings allow swap to clouds and radar often a longer time between frames and sometimes a totally differnt effect on screen - drop in to my videos a sec for my past catches of stairway boxes marching along a strong storm line -circles with blank squares inside-BUT U win with this one so far this year ,,as a long time strange weather scan watcher myself-EQ's do happen

@wizardangel i cant get anything on cloud cover setting usually, and it is always behind what the precip radar is doing, hard to catch the events at the same time. Thanks, wiz!

The date in your box is wrong, or your title.

At 1:54 you can see signature man made lines... The flowing and circular motions can absolutely be pushed by HAARP... I'm pretty sure they're going to cause a huge earthquake there by May. Just in time for their earthquake exercise.

@haarpWillNOTbeSilent It was a looping radar image so it had images from the previous hour up to about 10 minutes before I captured it on screen. Precip radars are a little behind.

Looks fishy to me! Looks like they are still pounding the 'New Madrid' fault in hopes to cause a huge disaster so Obama can come to the rescue.
