Final Fantasy VIII - Roses and Wine (Piano)

Just me playing Roses and Wine from FF8, if I'm not mistaken this one plays when Squall rescues Rinoa as she's running out of air in outer-space. Hope I didn't butcher it too badly, enjoy! Oh, and I apologize for the video being upside-down for the first second or two, I had some technical difficulties with Windows Movie Maker and the only way to fix it would have been to record myself playing the piece all over again, and it's late and I don't feel like it right now, so this will have to do. Sorry! =P

Thanks! Sorry about the crummy piano. I just bought a new one though and as soon as my audio cables come in the mail I'll make a new recording of this. It will be high quality stereo sound from a Yamaha P-155. =)

@AnotherSchmoe nooo its not crummy it just needs tuning!! please keep old pianos i fear they will be extinct in today's society, we're over run with electric pianos! i love the old ones :-) it feels real! - nice sound too hehe

Oh I love real pianos, I just don't like mine. =P

I'm trying to give it away but no one wants it (looots of broken keys now -- young kids beat on it), I'm not taking it to the dump or anything like that though. If I had the money and patience to buy a good acoustic and keep it properly maintained I would, but alas I have neither at the current time.

Great work! I remember I had to try over and over again because I couldn't make it to Rinoa before the timer went out... But it didn't matter at all because the music was so nice to listen to. Very relaxing.

Yep, as long as the music is good let Rinoa repeatedly die a horrible death, it's all for a good cause after all. Lol, I'm just teasing of course.

Dude, i loved that song since the first time i hear it, in deling hotel speaking with julia, talking since 1999, even thought I never knew the song's real name untl now, is a pretty amazing record and it makes me cry. I really envy you, you play it good

the only problem with this version of the song and generally with piano is that it's very difficult to personalize the song and strech notes the way you can in guitar. Also a little faster wouldn't hurt fellow musician.
