Read description for help about each move :
For the big part, all this move are basics double nunchaku moves.

-- 1.1 :
This move is "1.2.3 rebound"/"L rebound". It's a basicd double nunchaku move, ne help is needed, just watch the video and try.
-- 1.2 :
It's the same move as the previous move but with only two rebounds; one on your inner hip and the second on the side of your shoulder. Just watch the video and try.
-- 1.3 :
This one is a variation from the first move; it's exactly the same principle but with different rebounds. One more time, it's really easy, just watch and try.

-- 2.1 :
I know that some people have problems with this one, but it's really basic. First you need to know what is a "downward advenced 8"; it's just a "downward 8" but with an extra spin and your outer side. Then just do "1 downward advenced 8" / rebound under your shoulder / rebound on your shoulder / repeat this combo again. When you can do this combo, you need to find how to unsynchronised the hand to do it with doubles; during you do a "downward advenced 8" with one hand, you do the rebounds with the other hands.
-- 2.2 :
It's exactly the same move as the previous but you need to add handroll. If you can do the previous move and hanrolls, you can manage this one with no problem.

-- 3 :
It's just a "double hanrolls-8". This one is a basic double nunchaku move. You just need to know how to do "handrolls-8" to do this one.

-- 4.1 :
This move is a "continuous horizontal handrolls-8 synchronised". One more time, this one is a basic; no help is needed.
-- 4.2 :
This one is based on the "1.2.3 rebound" tempo, you just need to add "1 horizontal handrolls-8" after the rebound on your inner hip. Just wath the video and try.
-- 4.3 :
It's a "continuous horizontal handrolls-8 unsynchronised". You just need to know how start this move. For my part, i think it's esay to begin with the two nunchaku on the same hip. Then you can start "horizontal handrolls-8" with the opposite hand and do in the same time a rebound on the other hip with the other hand. So you will can go for "horizontal handrolls-8" with the second hand when the other will be up. I hope you understand what i try to explain or just watch the video.
-- 4.4 :
It's cool to know some moves chere you do the wame things with the two hands, particularly at the beginning, but you need to know to do different moves with each hands in the same time. This one is just an example to illustrate this idea. I will not explain this one, but you can try it watching the video.

-- 5 :
This move is what i call a "double combined 8". First you need to know what i call a "combined 8"; it's just a sequence of "downward advenced 8" on your outer side and "upward 8" on your inner side. To start this move, you can use the "1.2.3 rebound" tempo; when you do a "downward advenced 8" with one hand, you do a "upward 8" with the other.

  • This is good stuff man

how long have you been practicing?

    are you ambidextrous?

how many head injuries have you sustained?

where do i get glow chucks?

  • @TTJSPTT Thanks :)

"how long have you been practicing?" + 2 years now.

"are you ambidextrous?" I'm right handed.

"how many head injuries have you sustained?" 2 times on my forehead ^^ there was a lot of blood :S

"where do i get glow chucks?" flowtoys(dot)com; probably the best glow chux you can find.

  • cool - good flow and technique. Are you using speed chucks

  • No, these nunchucks are home-made but i prefer using chinese style nunchaku. Thx

  • @oO67steph67Oo home made ??? out of what ??? i usedd to make them as a kid but the chain would always seperate from the stick . what did you use and are they reliable ???

  • @oskee72 Yes, they are home-made as the most part of my collection. There is a lot of safety ways to link your sticks with a chain or cord. It's imortant to have a safety attachment. These nunchaku are made of PVC. PVC is cool to chuck inside^^ and they are linked by a cord. I can really explain you the way i linked them by writing but there is a lot of tutorials on the DIY-section of freestyleforum(dot)net ;)

  • I am certainly going to learn more from you, more of what I already know. Are you able to do the same with the chain ones, the ones for real fighting? I myself don't like to use practice ones. The ones I have, the chain ones, they make my arms tired if I use them for long periods of time. But for some reason, I just don't like practice ones.

I used to have some that were solid steel, they were so heavy.

  • Ey good job bro.
