he struck him in what is called a brachial plexus stun were you hit a bundle of nerves and a pressure point(at the same time) which disrupts the flow of blood to the brain(just enough to shut it down or cause serve equilibrium problems), it sucks i had to have it done on me before you are slightly disoriented after it happens.
