  • Also, I'm not sure what the heck is going on with DOF.

  • I wanted to like this - I really did but it seems like quality control was seriously lacking. Things appear & disappear, poor lip sync, VO quality (major pops on the vocal mics).

It really feels like it was going for good enough instead of something excellent. Kinda sad.

  • Is this animation going to be for sale?

  • Wow! I don't doubt the animator's zeal, but really? In this day and age? Check out blender. They're free and good..

  • Oh, this is sweet! Having read the book -- I do like this! :)

  • This is just so awesome. A bunch of strangers in real life collaborated on this project. Great job guys. Animation Master is such great software.

  • "Yes, I shall let this complete stranger meet the most important person in this city, without a weapons check or second glance. I'm the best bodyguard ever, second only to Homer Simpson."

Wow, when you adapt a hundred year old book, I expect some creative changes THAT MAKE MORE SENSE! Of course this is oz, so it's expected.

  • @5amura1 Agreed. The second movie is an improvement in this department. This isn't a money making exercise but a learning one.

  • While I respect the scope of the project, there are basic issues that could have been addressed. There are knee pops everywhere. Every character seems to lack weight and puncuated gestures, as well as good posing. And that's EVERYTHING. Please don't think I'm just giving you crap, but you could try to pay attention to these faults and concentrate on more quality than quantity, even if it takes longer to get out to the public. It all just seems a little sloppy on the crews' part.

  • @BolgerGirl Scarecrow gets his own movie in The Scarecrow of Oz! We're nearly finished that too.
