After seeing the youtube video I decided to try it myself. We did here in Aspen - CO, at a temperature of approximately -20° F (-29 °C). So not as cold as the Canada video.
It seems that the for best effects the lower the temperature and the higher the wind the better. Also,the most important is to throw it very high (or spread) so there's more surface contact to exchange heat with air.
