Respect your mother...

BUT FOLLOW ALLAH! not your mother

It depends on what you follow or believe...if you're a believer of the same faith as your father then follow what he does, regardless of what your mother does, it is ultimately you who chooses what to follow, the quran says to always respect your parents no matter what religion they follow or what they do; but if you follow a religion then don't have them influence you away from it because in the end its you as the follower/believer

never talk of others sinns, or there sins shall be yours

and you must respect her for she is your mother but choose your diin over her

I have a question, My mom is a big sinner, and does not believe in alla. But my dad does. My mom left my dad and forces him to give all his money to her. She is tellng me to do sinfull stuff, sever sinfull things. Do I still respect her, even though she's a big sinner, and a non-believer?
