Obama: you need to raise the level of the rhetoric beyond personal slams of Sarah Palin otherwise you are toast - remember she represents the voter in this little dramedy. Ron Paul tells us to vote for third parties - why won't he run for one? Why not take the risk, congressman? Let's be honest, the GOP hasn't done you or your supporters any favors, have they?

What difference is there between 3 parties with 7% each v. one party with 20%? How is 21% of people from 3 different parties having a unified message but pulling together people from diverse areas any worse then to ask people to choose a party who's message they like but their candidate they hate? ie. I like Paul and Barr, but will go for Palin. I'm not a nit picker. Palin helps. That's my choice. And there are other libertarian leaning Repubs who were going to go to Barr or sit out.  And now they will come home. It's adding percents to McCain. And take it easy on Paul. He ran 3rd party in 88. He doesn't have to go every year. He even likes Palin.
