Actually it's true Juggernaut is weak compared to the mighty strength of Hulk e is nothing. Thor on the other hand is a match to Hulk and Hulk is very close to to immortal because there's very little things that can kill him, one being he runs out of rage and he becomes a human and if he runs out of oxygen as well. But force wise not Juggernaut is weak.
