Yeah, i've heard that the quick gets longer if they don't get their nails trimmed.

me too.....same problem,we love roxy all the way from Melbourne, australia...my father's amstaff wore skin off his nose rolling his coconut everywhere...he's fine and it keeps him happy....

They'te long.
They look TOO long, don't they? Roxy's vet chose to only snip three last week, though, and didn't comment on the others.
I purchased a pair of cljppers, but I'm afraid to cut them because the quick is visibly very close to each tip.

Yeah, they look kinda long.
BTW, i have the same problem with my dog's nails.

Took Rox for her Lyme vaccine today, and the vet did trim her nails a bit more, but they still look pretty long!
