@Ny Quran 33:36: “It is not fitting for a Believer…when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger...” In any language a conjunction “and” links or joins two or more persons, places, or things. Whether Muhammad is a personified Quran or not, here Muhammad and Allah are joined together in decision making as expressed: “…a matter decided by Allah and his messenger.” Quran 112 should otherwise read, “None is joined to Allah except Muhammad in decision making.”

Allah Almighty has made all the decisions, and it is written for you in a clear proof sent down to Muhammad (PBUH). Now, the Prophet (SAW) upon receiving the word of God had become a personified Qur'an. Therefore, the decisions he made were based upon the word of God. This is clear upon reading about the life of our beloved Prophet (PBUH).

@sakebloom Instead of being universal, the Quran serves to provide personal advantages for Muhammad. Q. 112:4 unequivocally insist, “None is comparable to Allah” in any way, shape, or form. This is fine until in terms of decision making when Muhammad is compared to Allah. Q. 33:36 reads, “It is not fitting for a Believer, man or woman, when a matter has been decided by Allah and His Messenger to have any option about their decision.” Have fun watching Muslims explain this.
