@SuperDeven1 No one is saying they didn't take jamaican riddims. I am Latin and I am also friends with a lot of reggaeton producers for big names and in interviews they even say "it is a mix of Jamaican reggae and spanish instruments and influences." I LOVE jamaican riddims.. especially early 90's dancehall..nothing in this world can compare..I respect it..

Hmmmmmm, reggae has stood the test of time.

i don't mind a likkle reggaeton but she can get old, just like if I listen a 16 track riddim CD straight thru LOL. hot dis year a vintage riddim, fond memories of early 90s!

i aint no jamaican true haitian reggae is part of my culture but in haiti when you drop something like that you kill the party straight whine
-
yah that's how we do reggae mixes, we use the same "riddim" and mix in all the other songs who bit the riddim, in this case it's Dirtsman's "Hot this Year" riddim...
It's WICKED...used to jam to this many years ago!
-
Yeah the same 3 similar sounding riddims, over and over and over and over and over
Reggaeton is always the same riddim, true jamaican dancehall has a whole variety of different bass sequences. Reggaeton is all the same! Take Jamaican dancehall back!!!

I agree with you, reggaeton is copy of jamaican pure riddims. jamaican were the first ones to invent these jams and other people copy them.
