  • Jack "abscam" Murtha is a criminal and should be thrown out of office.

  • what about him? Harry Reid did nothing illegal. He transfered the property into an LLC that he owned so never did he not own the property. Tranferring property to a business is done all the time.

  • You missed my point smartass. In case you don't make the connection, cretin, whether it's the governments hollow theory or my theory, the versions are Both conspiracy theories! Get a brain Sasquatch...

  • Well said dude...

  • "Special Interests, is too broad a term for proper context. Mr. Murtha simply aludes to being anxious for the "base coverage" of his constituancy. He declines the money.

Dig deep enough and surely you'll find bones...

  • Stay the course? Surely you are joking! Sure, we got stung by a few Arabian kids who like wasps, stole in and stung us. In response, Bush took a bat and swatted the nest! Now we're headed for the hospital and there's a chance that the reaction just might terminate us. Cheney is the AntiChrist...

  • It was a 1980 undercover video you moron. Not that there's any room left in your brain anyways. Not with all those conspiracy theories swirling around.

  • I don't know probably because he was issued a subpoena and wanted to drain the swamp. Should he have refused to testify? The only thing he did wrong was neglecting to contact the FBI after the offer. Of course, he did this in an attempt to secure investment in his district which was facing 25% unemployment at the time.

  • My problem is also with your kind's mischaracterization of what happened considering he didn't take money and only engaged in negotiations for his district. In Bush's case that was also his first appearance on the national scene, and the issue had not been addressed by the national public. This is easily distinguished from your pure bred group which constantly gets in sex and bribery scandals and then points to isolated scandals decades ago(Ney/Abramoff/Cunningham/Foley vs. Murtha/Studds).

  • I take it that you meant mongrel as an insult, but I feel my mixed ancestory is a blessing and a very American trait. Thanks for showing your bigotry and love of ad hominem attacks. I thought Clinton was called a "draft dodger" because he was a Rhodes Scholar and not rich enough to buy his way out (a self-made man, also very American).
