@yiningchen16 hi when you recieve u product it will be shaken up but once placed on a flat surface it will settle,just use a cotton tip dont stir contents just dip down to pink material and dab a bit on the area u want to treat,it feels soothing.I have one bottle myself its similar to calamine lotion but more cooling on your face ;D all the best

does it separate itself? because i've ordered mine online and it will probably be shaken up but i don't want it to be ruined..

Its really work omg it is amazing i had really bad acne 8 days later it was almost all gone!:)

just use calamine lotion (the stuff in the bottom) cheaper and probs more effective :)
