The Last Encounter

Two F6F Hellcats flying over the Pacific Ocean, in august 1945, encounter the strangest Japanese Aircraft of WWII. This "what if" scenario gives me the opportunity to pay tribute to Vertigo Studios creations (here the F6F) and to Tim "Piglet" Conrad freeware flying Marvels. Thanks for watching!

@MirageIII2009 amazing graphix. would be very cool coupled with Saburo Sakis aerobatic display over Iwo Jima. he was jumped by numerous hellcats and had to dig deeply into his skill bag. documentation can be found in his biography. amazing story.

Ah the J7W Shinden (Magnificent Lightning) havent seen that one since playing Heroes of the Pacific on the PS2.
