This is the new and complete guide(with all the snow imp's names!)
Here's some help.
Talk to the main imp at one of the 3 start places. You get an amulet if you want to help him. Wear that amulet, get away from the ice a bit and go to your armour tab. You should rightclick the amulet and press operate.
A snow imp appears.
The name of your snow imp indicates the place of jack, I've found them all and put them in this video. Hope you'll learn from it.
The ice jack stand on:
You should get right in front of the place where jack stand.
Step on the ice and you will run into him, and knock him out.
