haha, I know. we are pretty lucky in Melbourne. Probably cause not as many people stage door here.

OMG is there a gate outside the stagedoor?! In melbourne there isnt you can just walk right up to it and get photos and stuff

That's not the programme, only the playbill. It's supposed to be a sort of magazine that tells you who the cast are and gives you their bios and all, but it also has news about other events on Broadway. It's free. If you want the actual program it will have nice high quality photos and paper, more information about the show, and you have to buy it.

in america, are all the shos' programmes like that?? i.e. A5 and wuite flimsy??
i was just wondering, coz in the west end, they're generally slightly bigger than A4, and made of lovely thick paper, so you can keep them for AGES!!

I was told that Julia didn't stage door at the matinee, but she did at our performance. I'm not sure if Kendra came out or not. We went to the SD at the last minute, thinking no one would be there. And were SO lucky that Julia was just finishing up autographs. I hope they come out at your show :)
