I was going to Scissor Sister gigs before Gaga even hit the charts here in the UK. My best friend had their first album about 10 years ago. In fact one of the first dates my now husband and I went on was to a Scissor Sisters gig, that was about 6 years ago.

what i hate is people putting her up as some sort of be yourself or gay/queer/flamboyant icon, when she only began dressing and acting the way she did when she got famous, before hand she looked like a fucking jersey girl, and any woman can announce oh i love the gays, it's different if it was a mostly straight man

Well I don't like Lady Gaga at all. But I like these guys, I love their music and creativity. I don't understand why these guys aren't like #1 in US, I don't get why US always places the worst people on top :(
