A Memorial To Grady

This is a personal dedication, memorial, and goodbye to my little schnauzer, Grady. He died of prostate cancer. He lived with the cancer (unknown to us) for over a year. It was not easy being Grady (hence, the song used in the vid: It's Not Easy, by Five For Fighting). Hope you like it.

P.S. Yes, that's me in some of the pics. And yes, I know- I was an ugly little kid. No need to say it.

I play this over-and-over...like an addiction! Having lost a dog, Brin, my favorite girl, a rescue from Atlantic City...I wish I knew how to do something like this, maybe it would make me feel better. Until that time, I live through yours........

What a beautiful tribute to your best friend...the song was a perfect match to your dialogue! I don't know you or Grady, but I admire you in that you took the time and made the effort to honor his life and share a part of it with us.....I cried real bad, each time I replayed it....my heart goes out to you! I don't know if you check in from time-to-time, but I needed to say this!

whenever i hear this song i think of all my friends and my brother who have committed suicide on me. Its such a sad song but yet powerful.

Brin was a rescue from the Atlantic City, NJ shelter...she was a pit/retreiver mix - bindle colored, unusual in that her skin was brindle as well...she went deaf due to growths growing in ear canal, which we had to surgically remove eventually...her one love in life was running after deer...that how she died, HAPPY, she was my baby, we were one! I miis her terribly.......
