Ok, I'm just going to clarify what I said on your other video page so you don't have to check and so that it makes more sense.

Once you head out of Sherbet Island (the world you are in now), turn right and you'll see the log and some mini water cliff (waterfall). When you get to the waterfall, just fly to the left and the balloon will be hidden behind some trees (you'll be facing the log).
