John Key to Youth Jam

John addresses the inaugural Enviroschools Youth Jam in Rotorua, to be held this coming weekend. This event is organised by The Enviroschools Foundation and organisers say it will bring together over 200 senior secondary school students to debate and discuss environmental and sustainability issues

I'm hardly surprised to be honest. Cutting funding to education and the environment is the Nats bread and butter.

Oh and 50 by 250 is 10% less than the UK has committed to 30% less than the USA has committed to and is 30% less than the emissions cuts the IPCC say will avoid catastrophic climate change.

They cut the funding but still promote it overseas as part of "Clean Green NZ" Brand. Do they not realise in these days of the Interweb that they don't control the msg getting out of NZ.
