  • sorry, still doesnt look as smooth as mine. I was moving windows around zooming in and out without any lag. capturing 30in CD and also running 4 or 5 pro apps. good vid though

  • i had two frameworks running if you know what those are, .NET and Netbeans for Java both are also IDEs, but yes hypercam was a trial version and is not as good as screenflow, but i am not an expert on screen capture software either.

  • New topic for you: NetBeans vs Eclipse!!

  • lol, never really used Eclipse.

  • Another great vid.

  • You should use Camtasia Studio's desktop recorder. It's a whole lot better than CamStudio, HyperCam or whatever screen capture software. Nice video, though.

  • @eseayen Leopard and Tiger are still PPC compatible, also I was responding to a question of weather or not it would run on IBM's POWER6 CPUs.

  • PowerPC??? ummmmm macs havent run powerPC in a number of years turbo....

  • one question... are you a moron?

  • it's hard enough to run OS X on non-Apple Intel-based hardware, I don't want to imagine running OS X on non-Apple POWER hardware.

  • Hey, Have you been looking into Haiku? it's basically an OpenSource BeOS clone, it's in alpha release stages right now, but it's blazing.

  • POWER6 would probably not run Mac OS X, because it probably has a different variation of OpenFirmware. it's also a slightly different architecture than PowerPC.

  • Two questions: where do you buy your hardware, and would osx run on a POWER6 machine?

  • overclocking is optimizing, i guess you didnt watch this video in full. Intel sends out their CPU at 2.93 (like mine) which is the base it can do, they know it can go higher but they know that for the people who don't know how to OC, a 3.66GHz looks better so they'll buy that. but if you know how to, like i did, you'll OC it to 3.66 yourself and save the money, and i'm using the stock cooler with no problems.

  • shows again how much you know
