  • Kathleen did not add any cane sugar to her recipe. I believe the yogurt had Splenda in it, and of course, fruit, which would have fructose in it.

  • This is not sugar free, nor low sugar that yogurt has alot of sugar.

  • If it is flavored yogurt then yes it will have a lot of sugar in it. Agave nectar is all natural, but it is still high in sugar. Also, if that is white processed flour, it will break down pretty much just like refined sugar so your blood sugar gets a sharp spike. Maltitol is good to use though since the sugar alcohols tend not to have much of an effect on blood sugar. This is definitely a slightly better alternative than desserts with tons of processed white sugar though. Very creative :)

  • Can you use SWEET LEAF instead of splenda ?
