This commercial was clearly released during the second fuel crisis of the U.S. and dealers were saddled with large quantities of the full size Chevy's even as the 1980 models hit the showroom floors. This commercial aired to reassure this dealer's fleet would offer maximum MPG during a fuel shortage.
But.......I'll take a Caprice Landau Coupe or a Monte Carlo in a second.
