Now, this is from 2002, apparently. I'd seen it on YouTube earlier last year, so I didn't upload it. But now I can't find it, so I'm going to replace it here for you. It's a really clever idea, sort of similar to the THINK! Clear View advert, but the way in which it puts you directly into the job of a motorcyclist is quite thought provoking. Keep your eyes peeled, guys!

  • Would he survive that with just minor injuries or would death accompany that b/c of velocity and the roughness of the impact?

  • @DeathMonsterZ I think the deaths are more from internal injuries. Burns like that may go all the way through to bone, though...

  • This is from 2002 ?

  • Yep! Verified from the TAC website.

  • Wow, doenst seem like it. Haha, I couldve swron I first saw it in 2006/2007

  • They may well have re-run it in future years, I don't know if the TAC do that, though. Certainly over here in the UK we get campaigns re-run sometimes.

  • I came close to being in this situation many times myself but have been lucky so far. Most of them who cut me off are lousy cab drivers and lorries!! them bastards!

  • Nice...some people genuinely have no idea of what a motorcyclist needs to process when riding on the roads.

  • Plenty of room... SHIT!!!!!!!!

    LOL

  • @wuzzlevideos Yes the TAC do re-run ads and re-use them.

  • it's why you'll never find me travelling in anything with fewer than four wheels. don't care about the thrill or whatever, i appreciate my life too much to throw it away like that

  • That driver may be lucky. They appear to roll after impact, indicating that they slowly bleed off the speed as opposed to suddenly stopping on hitting a solid object. This would reduce or eliminate internal injuries, and the bodysuit would probably protect against road burn. Provided they do not roll into the path of a vehicle, they would probably walk away.

  • Incredible video, because it is genuine

  • yep same here judging by the cars it would be around that!

  • i could swear i saw this in 05 or 06
