It's good to see how chinese kung fu has developed in different countries. The Chinese have migrated to many countries over the years, taking their kung fu with them. The different expessions, different interpretaions are very interesting. Martial arts will always continue to evolve. Thanks for posting an interesting vid.

certainly this isn't Foshan Wing Chung as that style has very few kicking techniques> none above the waist level or sweeping leg kicks as shown here.

Nice hall but I wouldn't book in if I was looking for a Kungfu fight hotel in an enter the komodo dragon documentary - not even if the landlord is willing to provide Angelina Jolie as my bed mate. Ok I'd tell her, quote; "let's get outta here darling I'm a fighter not a swinger. You know honey pie, I know this B&B next door... Velvet curtains, high ceiling, king size bed, bubble bath oh yeah, mmmm...Mmm! My point is; Wing chun lacks the show since Bruce Lee nothing compares to Shaolin Gongfu.

A lot of people complain about wing chun, but what they overlook is that wing chun can be learned by a very large group of people. More people that learn it, higher chance of average fighters, but it has the potential to give out really good fighters too.
Anyways, I have no idea what shaolin wing chun is, but I enjoyed this demonstration.

this will surely help in a fight...by the time an individual practices continuously it becomes reflex action and when someone attacks the individual finds himself getting into a tiger, leopard, crane, snake or even dragon form

@pieter4151 @pieter4151 it all depends on the person if the person who studied Wing Chun and not survive in a street fight this style is not for them all people are different and all must find a style that is more suitable for them for example if your bulky than best suited style for you is Wrestling if your Overweight Sumo is for you

Indeed, much less elaborate techniques are necessary to win a streetfight. The important in that case is strength, determination, and the ability to remain calm.

@kungfumartialartist / I dont know if my message came treu but kung fu is good for the soul and body. But in a real fight you have adrenaline, fast heartbeat, energy that can block , tunnelvision etc. etc. and you are not able to make beautifull moves cause of the fast heartbeat. But however if you train constantly this kind of things you might have a solution.

Well said! Forms practice alone, or even controlled fight practice is not enough to really master fighting. One must therefore practice in real situations, or at least in the more realistic way possible. But this must all be done in good time, step by step, a kung fu man must build a strong foundation, then perfect his techniques, and then apply them in a gradually more realistic way.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest!
To sum up, this is in fact Wing Chun, of the orthodox branch from Vietnam, and it does include the 5 shaolin animals. As for efficiency, there is only one way to know for sure!..
