Spring Awakening Cast (1st National) - Seasons of Love/Purple Summer - Upright Cabaret

On Sunday, November 23, 2008 - The first national touring cast of the 8x Tony Award winning Broadway smash Spring Awakening performed a special night of music, nostalgia, and charity entitled SPRING AWAKENING LOVES THE 90's to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS at L.A.'s renowned Upright Cabaret at Mark's Restaurant in West Hollywood. Upright producers/Hosts Chris Isaacson and Shane Scheel welcomed KYLE RIABKO, CHRISTY ALTOMARE, STEFFI D, BLAKE BASHOFF, CHASE DAVIDSON, ANTHONY LEE MEDINA, ANDY MIENTUS, BEN MOSS, PERRY SHERMAN, MATT SHINGLEDECKER, LUCAS WELLS, KRYSTINA ALABADO, GABBY GARZA, KIMIKO GLENN, JULIE DANIELSON AND Music Director JARED STEIN and FREDDY HALL and MARQUES WALLS to the Upright stage performing SEASONS OF LOVE from RENT and PURPLE SUMMER from SPRING AWAKENING.
